Joe Sloan gets very high marks from in-state coaches.

A chunk of folk were questioning the move for Sloan. Kelly is VERY much about his wits and attention to detail. Any move he makes, I do not question. Sloan has a good reputation it seems with quite a few young gunslingers, nationally, when you hear about some QB’s that LSU recruits. Hankton was being eyed by McVay, which in of itself is quite telling. LSU has a dynamic staff that will be highly regarded for quite some time.
