Any tips on sealing bricks on home to help prevent moisture infiltration

Bricks typically are not in direct contact with a house. Usually a facade with a 1" or so gap behind it. A foundation for a house with bricks is usually built with a "brick ledge" so the brick is sitting about 1 1/2" below the floor grade so any water moisture coming through the bricks runs down and comes out the weep holes.
Perhaps you have something else going on?

Bricks typically do not need sealing if fired properly.
Some older "antique" bricks may be more porus and benefit from a sealer.

The most issue I've had that needed sealing was fireplace stacks. Sealing then solved all the issues we were having. On normal walls the air space and weep holes are good. Most sealers just paint on and last 5-7 years.

Well when the mason spills too much mortar out the back and the gap is filled it creates some concerns.
