I think that's fair. I started hearing things about him and creepy flirtations with young females back around 2013 and more since some allegations went public. But it was all second hand gossip. But also, there was a lot of it.

But as you say there is nothing beyond a reasonable doubt. However, there is enough of it to where bringing him back for a nostalgic tribute would be awkward and difficult for many reasons.
