JT Danial’s is a GRADUATE TRANSFER. No limits that’s why he’s transferred and can play immediately. Same thing Joe Burrow did.

USC to GA was his one time.
GA to WVU was his one time Grad Transfer.
Everywhere I've looked says you only get to do each of these once.
If you see anywhere that has a list of the exceptions allowed that grant more immediate eligibility please share in the Transfer Portal sticky up top.
If that were to come to pass, your praises would be sung far and wide.

The graduate transfer rule allows you use the one-time exception for immediate eligibility in football. Previously, the one-time exception did not apply to football which is why graduate transfers were a big deal.
Now the one-time exception does apply to football. So the graduate transfer rule is redundant - it allows you to utilize an exception that is already available to any football player.
As others have said, it appears grad transfers who have already used their one-time exception are applying for waivers from the NCAA. Maybe the NCAA is rubber stamping these waivers, but the actual rule in the D1 Manual does not guarantee immediate eligibility for a grad transfer who has already transferred previously.
