Yea living in Wichita and seeing what the shockers final 4 run and the season they were a 1 seed did for the university I can attest it definitely fricked Dayton. I wasn’t here when it happened but according to a lot of people the campus now compared to before that run is night and day different due to all the attention it got at that time.

Murray hoops just lost the coach and 4 players to LSU including two LSU starters.
and then they moved to Missouri valley.
Dayton will get over it.
its better than getting dumped by the 15 seed from nj, I promise. they would not be guaranteed the title. this way they can dream. irl they were likely to lose along the way.
