I have enough data on JD to know he is a bad passer downfield, that's when he actually can see the rec. Nuss has the tools. This is foolish. Maybe Nuss will fail when handed the keys, I can't predict the future and neither can you. I believe he is a tremendous talent and just needs playing time. JD is a great athlete. He isn't a good qb and LSU cannot win a championship without a downfield passing game. Especially with the talent our wr room has.

“You believe” being the key factor here.
I’ll stick with whatever BK “believes” is the better option regardless of who that is. He is, after all, the expert.
