Meh...I think Kirby is a pretty good coach but he thought Jake Fromm was better than Justin Fields.
Everyone saw that even in limited playing time, there was absolutely no way Fromm was better. Fans were right, Kirby was wrong.
Its CBK's decision on which QB he wants to gameplan around but that doesn't mean JD5 is better. However, he's definitely more experienced. Nuss made throws JD5 hasn't made once this season. Also, the WR's looked better and was happier. Nabers comments were an indictment of JD5, while still being a compliment to Nuss.
JD5 is an above average QB but his lack of fast decision making, lack of deep throws, and inability to see open WR's severely limits LSU's ability to generate explosive plays. Explosive plays are what keeps less talented teams in games when they're outmatched. It also keeps you in games and allows for comebacks when being down by large deficits.

He is an above average runner playing the QB position. That's the only part of QB that he is above average. He is a below average passer, and can't read a defense or see open recs. Any successful throw downfield has primarily been on busted coverage.
