Honestly, Boutte may opt out if JD5 is starting. However, I don't think players opt out this year. This was a successful season for LSU.
Another conversation to be had is how "telling" Nabers comment in the post-game interview was. It clearly showed what he (and I'm sure the other WR's) thought about JD5. It was more an indictment on JD5 not giving his guys 50/50 balls and refusing to throw the ball with WR's open downfield. I tend to think there were times they didn't give maximum effort to get open, thinking JD5 wouldn't throw to them anyway.
