re: GC’s and Electrical Contractors - Lack of Availability of Breakers above 200A

Lead times have been absolutely insane since COVID hit. I believe some manufacturing facilities shutdown initially but demand actually increased and hasn’t stopped. Now copper is probably 3x what it was prior. Not sure they can make them fast enough.

I have a family member that works for Eaton and has been a godsend getting his hands on certain scarce breakers
