It's a bad job in this era.
Though I suppose if he moves the needle there at all then he'll really be a rockstar coach.
Well additionally, who is a part of "real administration" now? A lot of them are guys that watched CFB 30-35 years ago and have money now. Who wasn't a fan of Deion back then?
I think Deion will have *some* built-in booster support no matter where he goes, so he just has to build the program up right and those guys will be happy to support him.

In this era a bad job can become a good job overnight with an infusion of cash. The stories will come out about what attracted Deion to Colorado.
