Right, so then the locker room can see a coach dismiss a guy who made one mistake. Players don’t have the perspective as grown adults. They see a guy get dismissed from one mistake and then they feel there’s no trust.

You think the players are that stupid? It's not like no one would know who he is and Kelly can keep any private info apart from the team. Simple as that.
