Then if someone's ballot is not received on time, or is missing a required signature or is incorrectly completed, that's their problem too, right?

I’ll say it again.
If this same scenario happened in a black neighborhood for a democrat candidate, the national media would be camped out 24/7, the county officials would need armed guard. Hell…Biden himself would be there.
