Someone purchased a $100 Visa Gift card from Lowe's as a Christmas gift for me but it never worked. I had the receipt so I brought it back and the customer service rep at Lowe's in Carencro stayed on the phone with Visa for well over an hour trying to help me out. They couldn't figure out why it wasn't working so they just gave me another.
