A couple of weeks ago I ran into Lowes in Covington to pick up one thing. I see an associate walking down an aisle and I ask him where the particular item I am looking for was located. He just stops and stares at me for a moment, and didn't say anything. I could tell he was stoned out of his gourd so I said something like "be careful playing with nail guns" and went on my way to find the item myself.
That's all I got. I may go into a "big box" hardware store maybe two or three times a year. I try to always use my local hardware store as much as possible.
