I was planning to buy a couple of folding knives as Christmas presents, but was thinking in the 50-80 dollar range per knife.
I'm kind of thinking Buck 110.
I carry a small Buck Prince as a daily.
It's a pretty little knife that does one thing well, cut. It's small enough that I've never had to give it up at a courthouse or state building.
Once a year I send it back, they clean it, sharpen it, and send it back. I've only ever paid postage.
I have a buck skeleton skinner if I need to do damage to something
