re: Do you see a therapist/counselor etc.?

I look at it like maintaining a vehicle. Can some people handle all of the maintenance on their car? Sure. There are some people who don't possess all the tools to fix any problem on their car, that's when it's helpful to go get some maintenance every once in awhile.
