I don't use my Bullseye at high temps other than searing steaks.

I'd shy away from doing burgers on it unless you use a griddle, the flare up problems are pretty bad with burgers, even with a grease pan on the heat deflector.

I see they have a newer bullseye that gets up to 1000 degrees but it’s a few hundred more. Is that even necessary?

I was sort of hoping to get rid of my Weber gas grill just due to space constraints. I guess youre saying id need both?

I honestly rarely cook burgers. More chicken, kabobs, grilled vegetables, etc. Think it would work of for that with the occasional smoked burger?
