Wife got me the Bullseye for Bday. Highly recommend

It actually gets 750 degrees for searing steaks and can also smoke at 250 degrees. Not many others are functionally capable of "Do All"

Ive been eyeing the Bullseye for a long time. What have you smoked on it? Can it do a whole turkey? A brisket? Good for grilling burgers and such?

Yep.

I don't use my Bullseye at high temps other than searing steaks.

I'd shy away from doing burgers on it unless you use a griddle, the flare up problems are pretty bad with burgers, even with a grease pan on the heat deflector.
