All of the voting went fine for early voting and mail-ins when dems tend to vote, but there was major frickeration when Republicans tend to vote. Smells like rotten fish.

Yes, about 25% of tabulators malfunctioned. So how many of the ballots first scanned by them were simply scanned on the tabulator 3' from it?

What kind of wait did it create when a tabulator was BO? Does anybody know?

I looked on the site that reports waiting times in real time, and the vast majority of voting centers showed less than 20 minute waits. There was a handful showing 30-40. There wasn't more than a few that showed more than that, and none showed more than 80 minutes.
There you have it. You checked a Maricopa website saying that wait times were normal. Nothing to see here. That's a little naive since there's been over 100 video testimonials stating the opposite. Believe the Maricopa website or the hundreds of lying eyes of those who experienced the problems first hand?

I don't think the R or D on the lapel matters in this case. These are all McCain republicans who are potentially losing their grip on the state of Arizona. These are Never-Trump (Lake) republicans and Lake is akin to lighting the match on their own funeral pyre.

A remedy for all involved would be a re-vote.
