I'm 100% certain Walmart doesn't "allow" its employees to carry on the job. Since this was in the breakroom, I'm certain nobody was able to defend themselves in the moment.

I worked at a Walmart here when I first started college and management actually allowed people who had their CCP carry on the clock. Obviously concealed and not open but still.
