They actually print it out of thin air, send it to foreign countries as aid, then they in turn send it to foreign online gambling companies, foreign crypto houses, Chinese banks and into NGOs, only for those organizations to kick it back to the UNIPARTY...

BUT that's not why they win...

They win because they cheat using that money. They pay normal people tons of money, they influence heads of 3letter agencies to cover, they put SoSs into places to cover, then reward them by making them governor...

The supporting of it is to manage the decline as 808bass said.

No reason to get excited about it, it is what it is.
