Get rid of Machines and drop boxes
In person voting only, with paper ballots and ID.
Absentee ballots will allowed but must have controls in place to verify
Scrub State voter rolls every 5 years. If you want to vote again you'll have to re apply.

Other than every 10 years to cut down on the manpower to scrub it, I’d say good list
