Someone tosses out that youre a racist, misogynist, homophobe, science denier, etc, you just want the drama to stop. So you cave and start apologizing. And reach across the aisle to give them whatever they want

Exactly what is going on, and Mitch is right in the middle of it. Anyone with an ounce of common sense can see what's going on in these elections. They know that, and will do what they need to do to stop people from questioning. They will start really going after people now that question. This country is getting less and less free now...and the irony is that the Dems campaign on Democracy and Freedom...lol...and people are too stupid to see what is really going on.
