Total Nonsense. Sure, if you are new to the airport it could be a challenge just like any other airport but if you know your way around the airport it is by far leaps and bounds better than any other large airport in the world.

Yeah, outside of a couple security line logjams (which can happen at any major airport) I have always had a smooth experience at Hartsfield.
