They being LSU. Alabama will be deflated much like last year, and Bama Auburn is always a war no matter the records. Tubby knows that a win over Bama could save his job.

A loss to LSU would mean a good shot at a 10-2 regular season for Bama, and if LSU holds serve vs Ole Miss and Ark, LSU would get another crack at UF in Atlanta.

Would rather go 10-2 and play in BCS game than have to play FL and get murdered again. Would rather give Bama that option at 11-1.

Tubby doesn't want to save his job.

You're already in dream world...

it's > 50% that they go to Atlanta

...so why not go all the way and say 100%?

The favorite has won something like 19 of the last 20 games.

So did Fulmer.

Neither Mississippi State nor Auburn has any shot to beat Alabama. Not even in this fantasy world you're dreaming about in which LSU does.

LSU won't win either game. At best, with a lot of luck, we win one.

Oh joy.

Actually, I was all along. If I think we're good, I'm always willing to say it. If I think we stink on ice, well...I'm always willing to say that, too.
