BR leadership infers that it was elected to turn a blind eye to law and order among the bad actors of it's majority population.
It's unfortunate for the majority of it's population.

Good for the cops enforcing the law. Now if some loser DA and loser judge tows the line, they might actually have an effect.
Even if BRPD enforced the laws here (lol), the feckless, woke DA and corrupt, woke, spineless judges won’t do anything.
Baton Rouge is a lost cause.
