I think that is accurate. I see it this way, Dalton is consistently mediocre, and Winston is inconsistently good or awful averaging out to mediocre to bad.

Dalton does have a noodle arm but that pass had zip and was thrown perfectly

His arm was held by defender causing my alligator arm statement

Dalton brings nothing to the table except a game manager. We are not good enough starting with our coaching to have a game manager QB. Give me the 50/50 Winston and give us a chance over hoping the play calling and defense trying to be better than our shitty coaching
