The right clothes, and you dont need alot.
-90+ % merino socks
-inaulated boots
-merino base layer (first lite for me)
-have a cheap fleece union suit and 1/4 zip over that
-UA insulated bibs and jacket
Thin full face mask and beanie
This part is the key for me. I dont wear gloves, like to be able to feel things. So i have a quaterback pouch around my waist, and hand warmers in them. Used to just get throw away ones, but invested in a $30 rechargeable one and man its way nicer than i thought it would be. But disposable ones are fine
