They said so many people brought their mail in ballots to the polls it overwhelmed the system. They have to authenticate signatures as well.

Any change in this country will not come from huge government, it will come like the Democrats did it. Locally and through educational institutions and the media.
No one trusts the institutions anymore. Particularly the voting apparatus. Don't put any faith in them to make a difference until they are overhauled.

So they could show up to hand in a ballot but not vote?
They should have made them vote on-site & shredded the ballot they brought in front of them
