Started around 40, but it didn't bother me all that much because I could work through. Now at 50, it's almost comical when my wife and I wake up in the morning.
What's crazy is the amount of time I have to spend warming up just to exercise. My warm-up, which is basically walking on a treadmill and stretching takes 45-60 minutes. That's just to get to the point where I can do cardio stuff.
And running is just out of the questions.

Same here. I used to love getting up early on the weekends and getting a workout in before the kids got up and before the sun was up. Now when I wake up in the morning the last thing my body feels like doing is lifting anything.
