Just wanted to again thank everyone for their help. We are making an offer tomorrow on a home there and the kindness of the people in OS is equal to the kindness everyone here showed. My husband is flying down to check things out soon as well. If anyone has any suggestions for things he should see while there, let us know! The OT always pulls through when it matters

I told you that was where you were going to end up. (Lol)
Now too truly enjoy OS you need to get a 20 foot or better deep V or cat hull boat so you can go to horn island on weekends. 150 hp minimal, buy a used boat with good hull (mako, aquasport, regulator, contender etc) with decent working motor. And go ahead and get on list to get slip at the harbour if u r lucky u will get a slip in about 20 years

You'll like downtown Ocean Springs. I don't get over that way very often because I live too far west, but I drove through for Christmas shopping.
I don't know the name of the local youth soccer program, but it has to be good since OSHS is a powerhouse.
