This is a good post-emergent herbicide mixture (“cocktail”) to use in cooler weather
The Fertilome Weed Free Zone (4 herbicide mixture) is basically the same formulation as the Speedzone Southern, which has been recommended to you, but with the advantage that you can buy the Fertilome Weed Free Zone in smaller bottles - pint, quart, .. - where as Speedzone Southern, if I’m not mistaken, the smallest bottle you can buy is 1 gallon - I hope someone will correct me if I’m wrong.
MSM Turf (methsulfuron methyl) and Celsius herbicides are are also excellent post-emergent herbicides and can be used in warmer “winter” weather - but most of us tend to use those in late spring, summer, and fall.

I have had good results using the Image for So. lawns that you just screw onto your hose. Got rid of lespedeza and VBW in my front yard, now working on the back.
