as much as Jarrett "Pick 6" Lee? Or will Jefferson only see a handful of snaps?

Depends on the score. With Hatch banged up, the last thing Miles & Co. want is for Lee to get tweaked this week. If LSU gets out to a comfortable lead in the first half, I would expect Jefferson to see a lot of PT in the second half.

What if it is a close game, i.e., like the Bama/Tulane game a few weeks ago?

Will the questions about this topic be O/U 1,000?

Then we'll have much bigger problems to worry about than if JJ plays.

If the game is close, I think Jefferson would be in the game only in running situations.

I have been swamped at work and have been out of the loop on what kind of QB JJ would be. I really don't know his strengths as a QB. Is he purely a runner?

Far from it... he's actually a pocket passer much like J-Rock and Perrilloux were... but just like those guys he can run if necessary.

The kid has an absolute cannon for an arm with some of the worst mechanics I've seen from someone who was very productive in high school. He's really, really raw. He's got to do some work to fix his arm slot and his footwork in the pocket but he has the measurables to be a solid SEC QB.

Not nearly as fast.

The have comparable frames, but Pryor is a low 4.4 guy whereas JJ is more like 4.55 or 4.6. Pryor's also a lot more shifty in the open field.

Neither guy has great throwing mechanics, but JJ has a stronger arm.

Stagg,
Thanks for the info. If Pick 6 Lee throws another one tonight, I am going to throw my remote control through my new plasma TV...

Eh, he's a freshman... he'll take his lumps bet the team will be better for it. Not to mention if one pick six costs us the game against Tulane, we have much bigger problems.

You can come over and suck my dick, too. But, this time I am going to cum in your mouth and not in your face.

You are right. Calling Lee "Pick 6" is totally off the wall and unfair. By the way, how many has he thrown this year?
