Deion has done a great job at JSU. But P5 is much too big of a jump straight out of SWAC-level football.
If he is serious about jumping up in the ranks. He should start off somewhere smaller such as a USM, GSU, FAU, etc. If shows that he can win at the G5 level, then you give him a shot.
