The problem is when you’re a barista and make dogshit money of course 8 hours is a long time when you look at your pay. When you make more money, it’s a lot easier to work longer hours… sounds like that person needs to make a change within themselves.

I only made it half way through and then turned it off. I will say I agree with the pay comment but also he had a legit complaint about only 4 people being scheduled for an 8 hour shift. That’s pretty crappy managing there. Should he be crying about it on a phone and posting, it’s what kids do. I know I would at least be pissed off too if that was my work environment.
