This is a silly question, because there are no such things as college football bluebloods. You can make a list of the most successful programs in history, but you’ll be surprised at the terrible teams that are near the top - like Army and Harvard.
You can give more weight to recent success, but now it depends on your weighting. All of this is to say, it’s a matter of opinion.
I can promise you that, around the country, LSU is considered one of the top five programs.

I actually consider Army as a Blue Blood team because of their history, but if I put them in my OP, people would have lost their minds.
Coach Dietzel actually left LSU for Army because of the prestige. It was up there with coaching ND.

LSU is more feared and respected than when we were hoping Dennis Erickson would be our next coach.
