Anyone. Flown this airline?

I made a reservation and now want to change something and it’s a Royal pain in the arse.

Now I just want to talk to someone but there is no phone number to talk to a live person.

Anyone know if it’s possible to contact them by phone?

No. I have heard they will delay you just to fill up other flights at there mercy

What do you want to change that can’t be done via the app or online? I’ve changed flights, seats, bags and cancelled through the site.

I’m not sure they have anyone to speak to on the phone as that’s part of their business model.

Flown 10 times and only one time it was delayed but I’m sure that’s just luck.
