Fred’s isn’t really only Frats. If you have college aged kids I’d check it out. Usually Friday nights at Fred’s there is a mixture of college aged and older folks. It’s fun but don’t expect it to be nice. It’s a shite hole that you go to get drunk at.

Just make sure you tell them that if they go to Freds, do not ride through the neighborhood behind it. I’m sure it has changed since you have been back, but that is not what it looks like anymore
