Absolutely not, she wants to be fired so she can run to MSNBC and be the martyr.

Keep her in whatever job she is in, for now.

Then after a few months you "restructure" and send her to a slightly less of a job.

And then you do it again and you keep doing it until she is in the worst, most mundane, most thankless job you can possibly think of until her soul is completely crushed, no one remembers who she is, and she quits to go be a barista.
