How do they know races and literacy of voters so far?

How do they know who they voted for, though?

These are questions I'm kind of wondering about. Are there some reliable polling agencies that collected this kind of information? Is there a link to their website and polling methods? I've never heard of anybody doing election polling specifically about literacy, but I don't discount it entirely. It just seems a bit of an odd correlation to attempt considering that the literacy rate of this nation is so high (99%). That one percent doesn't seem like it will sway many elections.

Whites are barely a majority in Georgia anymore, around 52%. Blacks are around 34%. Hispanics 11% and Asians nearing 6%. If Hershel wins it will be from the Hispanic and Asian vote.

Dims are probably paying the homeless to say they can't read. That would make the percentage rate higher than 1%.

The poll worker takes the word of the voter and allows the other person to get away with voting.
