I do think he has a plan a and process in place, but it will take a couple of years to see the results. Takes a bit of faith.
I can see the trenches will be top tier under his leadership, which bodes well.

What is hilarious is if this question was asked last week, most of the answers would have been around 5 the way people were complaining about the QB situation.
