Pretty sure I know which dealer then

Made a service appointment with them a few months ago to try to diagnose an issue. Arrived early morning to drop it off before work, planning to catch an Uber to my office. That's when they tell me it'll be a couple of days before they could look at it. No loaner available, didn't say shite on the phone about not being able to look at it same day and that I'd need to arrange for a rental when I was scheduling the service appointment. Asked why would they have scheduled me for an appointment 3 days ahead of time when they weren't even going to be able to look at it that day. Took my keys back and left.

My truck is currently at the dealership for a possible exhaust leak (probably the Hemi Tick). Made an appointment, and when I dropped it off yesterday, they shop guy tells me "We may be able to look at it tomorrow (which is today, and I haven't heard from them yet).

I had the same thought; if you can't look at the vehicle the day of the appointment, why make the appointment for that day?

Luckily I have another car I can use while they take their time diagnosing the problem.
