I take medication for hiatal hernia that my dentist thinks is causing the decay. I am 70 and due to a progressive disease my life expectancy is unknown but I’m currently at the average life expectancy for this disease ( 3.7 years)so I hope I have a few more years. I probably should have mentioned this as it could affect my decision or the advice I get. Thanks for the help

I have also had long term steroid use for different things so maybe this is contributing
