We barely use motion. We should have guys in motion EVERY play, and not just going from the sidlines to the hash non-chalantly. We also rarely change our formations pre-snap.

We don't use bunch formations, either.

We don't scheme WRs open or give WRs the ball in space to make plays (see: UTenn spamming the sideline screens yesterday)

We don't do all of the things that make defenses announce their play to make the game easier for the QB
