Female character wasn't the most powerful?
Not even close. Mark was definitely the most powerful, or I should probably say Jake Lockley was. The girl played a part in the show. But she was a side character at best.

Female character was the best Loki
This was definitely the best Loki.

Wanda was the most powerful. America was the central mystery. Strange has gone from brilliant Sorcerer Supreme to less powerful and lacking in wisdom
Wanda had already been known to be extremely powerful. Did you forget she almost wrecked Thanos by herself. She is powerful as shite. She literally kidnapped and mindcontrolled an entire town of people. She turned reality into a freaking 60s sitcom living in black & white. She gave a normal human being super speed. She created her dead robot husband out of thin air, fricked it, became pregnant and made superpowered babies. While Strange is still powerful, he hasn't shown the ability to do any of these things in the movies.
Strange is still a brilliant Sorceror Supreme. He did not become less powerful or lose wisdom. He went up against a force that was much more powerful than him.
