That’s bullshite 08….. all of New Orleans was without power for days.

i don't know how anyone in La. can defend this state's response to hurricanes.

For Ida, new orleans didn't take as big of a hit at all. The big damage reached into Kenner and there was a big drop off from there. Reserve/Laplace and the river parishes took massive hits compared to areas in New orleans like uptown.
