Y’all act like madden and real life are the same damn thing. You can’t just plug and play big names into your roster and expect it to pay dividends immediately

With the limited time they had during the off-season to work together, I’m not surprised at all by this. Look at some of the other offenses in the league. There are a lot of people struggling

Has he looked bad? Yea, he really has. Can it get worse? Absolutely.

But calling this ‘the worst acquisition of all time, four games into the season is a bit premature and stupid IMO

Romo seems to think Matt Ryan's issues in Indy are largely communication. A QB having to learn all this new terminology is way different than a WR, RB, or OL changing teams and learning it since they only really need to know a piece of the puzzle where the QB has to know the entire thing.

I know with Russ the coaching staff isn't doing him any favors either.

That said, some of the stuff is Russ being bad. Guys wide open in the end zone that he just doesn't see, him trying to play hero ball, throwing more ducks. He looked like this at the end of last year too when he finally came back off his injury. He may still be recovering, or he might just be cooked from it.

It is 2022. If it isn't working now, it will never work. Nothing needs time to develop. Everyone should be able to produce immediately. Everything is either the best or worst thing ever.
