Its not that simple. People take advantage. Some people spend more time trying not to work than actually working.
What do you do? Are you in any form of management or a business owner?
I will say that the downside to WFH for productive people that are monitored with tacking software is that if they are too productive then the company will expect more and more out of them.
It really is a double-edged sword.

This reminds me of that stupid "quiet quitting" term made up to make it sound like doing the agreed to duties for the agreed to compensation is now a bad thing
