re: Living on a ranch in south Texas far from the city

A friend retired to pretty much scrub desert between Uvalde and McAllen. It takes him an hour to get to McAllen via dirt country roads to the highway. The only illegals he has coming through are occasional Mexican families who would love a bottle of water and a can of tuna. All his shiit is unlocked always and he is never missing a single thing
