What is there to explain? The defense playing like shite against a terrible Carolina team, they sucked against Falcons another terrible team, and found a way to get skull fricked by a Bucs team with not even 50% of their talent on the field.
You got warned multiple times by ex-players and people who worked under him he was a terrible HC even for a bad organization. He was completely clueless. They gave you an extension of Sean Payton's regime without Sean Payton. Great logic.
It was a lazy hire with no thought in it at all and then they slap Carmichael in with him a complete introvert who didn't even want the fricking OC job. He's a terrible coach and this organization is dysfunctional too.

He actually won 8 games but is now 9-30 lifetime as a head coach.
